We draw inspiration from the esteemed yoga tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga, committing ourselves wholeheartedly to imparting yoga as per their teachings.

We are dedicated to bringing teachers who are deeply rooted in the Bihar School of Yoga tradition to provide a classical yoga experience.

My purpose behind Shasvatam:

Cultivation of Health, Happiness and Harmony in the daily stressful routine is the main intention behind conceptualizing Shasvatam.

My journey of doing yoga as an exercise to adopting it as lifestyle has been truly life transforming. I am greatly inspired and grateful by the traditional yoga teachings of Bihar School of Yoga.
